  • Ability to work onsite at our El Cajon, CA location.
  • Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage inbound leads and create outbound opportunities.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
  • Strong typing skills to keep up with CRM notes and customer follow-up.
