The Opportunity

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will have accountability for interfacing with marketing, operations, finance, sales, and executive management to support all manner of field sales activities. This role will facilitate and maintain successful relationships with internal and external customers which will be measured by increased revenue performance, their reference ability and customer satisfaction levels.

Position Responsibilities
  • Interface with field sales across a wide geography, supporting their efforts to coordinate with customers, partners, and factory personnel
  • Manage CRM opportunities including entry, maintenance, and periodic clean up
  • Coordinate with customer service various customer requests for product order and shipment information
  • Coordinate with quote team to track and deliver quote information as necessary
  • Manage leads
  • Manage various forecasting processes and ensure collation of data as required
  • Manage splits where design and production are in different geographies to ensure fair attribution of credit for design in and production volume maintenance
  • Coordinate NDA, HDMI licensing, contracts, and price negotiation tasks and information
  • Proven track record to meet/exceed business goals and objectives
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating successful outcomes with cross-functional teams, including contract management, product management, marketing and finance.
  • Preference given for candidates with formal contract and negotiations training and/or experience.

  • BA , BS, or Master's degree in a technical field or MBA (or equivalent)
  • 5-7 years of direct experience preferred
  • Experience in Sales, Sales Administration, or Customer Service
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with Data Warehouse tools a plus
  • Microsoft Access knowledge a plus
  • Assertive, analytical and results-oriented with strong business acumen
  • Ability to build working relationships with and communicate with a diverse group of people
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with a positive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a demanding environment, making appropriate decisions with ability to prioritize responsibilities

We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and our compensation range reflects the cost of labor in the U.S. geographic market based on the location of the role. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant work experience.

For candidates who receive and offer, the starting salary will vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, such qualifications as, skill level, competencies, and work location. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee.
