Full Job Description
The Inside Channel Manager - East plays a key role in supporting channel growth by partnering closely with Regional Channel Directors and channel partners to advance sales opportunities, deliver accurate quoting and pricing support, coordinate contract details, and present customer-focused solutions. This role contributes directly to partner development and revenue growth by helping build and expand a portfolio of new and existing partners while supporting performance against assigned channel objectives. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with the channel team, clear communication across internal and external stakeholders, and disciplined execution throughout discovery, qualification, solution development, quoting, and follow-up. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented sales professional who communicates effectively, takes ownership of deliverables, and thrives in a fast-paced, partner-focused environment. Responsibilities & Tasks • Partner closely with assigned Channel Director(s) to support territory strategy, partner engagement, and revenue growth. • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations for partners, ensuring all required information is complete and aligned with company standards. • Actively support territory revenue growth by helping partners identify, qualify, and advance customer opportunities. • Engage assigned C and B partners through proactive outreach that strengthens relationships and drives partner productivity. • Support existing partners in maximizing base revenue performance and expanding customer opportunities. • Provide accurate, current pricing information for requested products and services. • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. • Ensure quotes and related activities comply with company policies, procedures, and approval requirements. • Deliver a responsive, high-quality partner experience by addressing inquiries, concerns, and follow-up needs promptly. • Collaborate with the channel team to ensure opportunities are properly qualified, prioritized, and pursued. • Support sales operations activities, including data entry, reporting, funnel management, and forecasting in Salesforce CRM. • Contribute ideas and feedback that improve sales processes, operational efficiency, and partner effectiveness. • Participate in company, department, and sales meetings as requested. • Assist assigned Channel Director(s) with recruiting, developing, and training new channel partners within the assigned territory. • Partner with Solutions Engineering to help shape and implement customer solutions. • Coordinate with sales, technical operations, engineering, and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues and support timely resolution. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of channel, sales, sales support, or related experience, preferably within voice, data, VoIP, wireless, or similar technology services. • Ability to prospect, follow up, and onboard new sales partners through professional outbound calls, emails, and presentations. • Strong ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and execute independently in a dynamic environment. • Experience in channel management, sales support, sales operations, customer service, or a comparable partner-facing role. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset. • Proven ability to take direction, exercise sound judgment, and work independently with minimal supervision. • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and follow-through. • Strong organization, time-management, and task-management skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and experience using CRM software. Desired Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent professional experience. • Experience using Salesforce as a CRM platform is strongly preferred.
