Schedule: Monday-Friday, with staggered start/end times between 7:00/7:30 AM and 4:30/5:00 PM
Weekend: Every 3rd weekend

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced
Inpatient Pharmacist to support hospital pharmacy operations across
ICU, Labor & Delivery, Med/Surg, and Emergency Department units.
The ideal candidate will have strong current hospital pharmacy experience and be comfortable working independently, particularly during weekend coverage.
Responsibilities:- Provide inpatient pharmacy services across multiple hospital departments.
- Review and dispense medications safely and accurately.
- Support medication management for ICU, L&D, Med/Surg, and ED patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain compliance with hospital pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Work independently during assigned weekend shifts.
- Perform other pharmacy duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of current hospital-based pharmacy experience - REQUIRED.
- Active New Hampshire Pharmacist License or eligibility to obtain one at offer.
- AHA BLS certification - REQUIRED.
- Strong inpatient/hospital pharmacy experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Critical Access Hospital experience.
- Previous travel healthcare experience.
- Meditech EHR experience.
- Omnicell experience.
- 2-5 years of total pharmacist experience.
- Candidates with 1 year of experience may be considered if their experience is entirely hospital-based and includes Meditech experience.
Important Travel Requirement:- This position is not open to local candidates. The candidate's permanent residence must be 50+ miles from the facility.
- Because this is a rural location, housing may be limited. Candidates should evaluate housing availability before accepting the assignment.
