Inpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - EvergreenHealth, Kirkland, WA, Seattle East SideYou are invited to join our stellar Cardiology team at EvergreenHealth in Kirkland WA.
Position Highlights:
- Lead the consultative cardiology inpatient service at EvergreenHealth working closely with our medical group and referring physicians.
- Responsibilities include evaluation of new admissions, collaborative in-hospital care/rounding, and transitional care for patients with heart-related conditions.
- Care for general cardiology patients and those with advanced cardiac needs, collaboratively, ensuring continuity of care.
- Inpatient only with weekend coverage.
- Work with 16 exceptional cardiologists including 4 interventional cardiologists.
- Support of 12 advanced practice providers.
- Excellent work life balance.
- Epic EMR system
