The Systems Engineering Lead drives strategic growth by identifying new technologies, optimizing internal processes, and spearheading product development. Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Strategic Innovation: Evaluate current business operations to pinpoint bottlenecks and identify opportunities where emerging technologies or methodologies can improve performance.
• Technical Guidance: Provide specialized subject insights to cross-functional teams, guiding them through the lifecycle of new product development, software creation, or prototype deployment.
• Trend Analysis: Actively track industry dynamics, consumer needs, and industry trends to formulate creative ways to leverage specialized knowledge and maintain a competitive edge.
• Validation & Testing: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop testing scenarios, execute user-acceptance testing, and ensure that all technical deliverables meet industry standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex concepts into easily understood formats for leadership, helping secure buy-in for novel initiatives and program changes
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years of experience
• Security Clearance: TS with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI with CI Poly
• Deep Domain Mastery: A bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field, combined with extensive hands-on experience driving innovation or technical transformations.
• Forward-Thinking Mindset: Curiosity and a drive to challenge traditional assumptions to find better, out-of-the-box solutions.
• Exceptional Communication: The ability to distill highly technical or complicated concepts into simple, clear, and actionable advice.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work seamlessly alongside engineering, business leadership, and project management team.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $190,900.00.
