  • Identifying, defining, and structuring high-potential innovation initiatives, designing and supporting proof of concepts (POCs), proof of values (POVs), and pilot projects, while evaluating their business value, feasibility, and scalability.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to leaders and teams, co-facilitating ideation, design thinking, and problem-discovery workshops, supporting business units in developing business cases and innovation roadmaps, and facilitating the adoption of innovative solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of external partners, including startups, universities, incubators, accelerators, investment funds, and technology providers, evaluating potential solutions and partners based on organizational priorities, and representing iA at innovation-related events.
  • Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning by sharing successes, lessons learned, and best practices, contributing to the evolution of innovation methods, processes, and performance indicators, supporting the governance of the innovation portfolio, and measuring the value and outcomes generated by innovation initiatives.
