How You Will Contribute

Partner Collaboration & Support

  • Build strong working relationships with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders


  • Steward financial investments and associated KPIs


  • Support communication and coordination across cross-functional teams


  • Help translate partner needs into actionable plans and deliverables


  • Ensure a high-quality partner experience through proactive communication and follow-through


Partnership Activation & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end execution of partnership activations, including events, campaigns, and local experiences for Wichita's Army of Normal Folks service club.


  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables


  • Support execution across multiple activations simultaneously, ensuring quality and consistency


  • Serve as a key point of contact for partners during planning and delivery phases


Event & Experiential Delivery

  • Lead planning and logistics for events, including vendor coordination, run-of-show development, and onsite execution


  • Ensure all activation elements (creative, production, communications) are delivered on time and aligned to brand and partner expectations


  • Troubleshoot real-time issues during activations and ensure a smooth participant experience


  • Conduct post-event recaps and identify opportunities for improvement


Operational Systems & Workflow Management

  • Support and improve workflows, tools, and systems used to track partnerships and activations (e.g., Workfront or similar platforms)


  • Manage timelines, task tracking, and project coordination across multiple stakeholders


  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements


  • Ensure consistent use of templates, playbooks, and standards across activations


Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report on activation performance, timelines, and outcomes


  • Support development of dashboards or reporting to provide visibility into partnership activities


  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve execution and impact


  • Maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices for future activations


What You Will Bring

  • 3-6+ years of experience in partnerships, stakeholder management, account management, community engagement, or cross-functional program execution


  • Experience supporting or executing partner relationships, events, activations, or partner-driven initiatives


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
