How You Will ContributePartner Collaboration & Support - Build strong working relationships with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Steward financial investments and associated KPIs
- Support communication and coordination across cross-functional teams
- Help translate partner needs into actionable plans and deliverables
- Ensure a high-quality partner experience through proactive communication and follow-through
Partnership Activation & Execution- Manage end-to-end execution of partnership activations, including events, campaigns, and local experiences for Wichita's Army of Normal Folks service club.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Support execution across multiple activations simultaneously, ensuring quality and consistency
- Serve as a key point of contact for partners during planning and delivery phases
Event & Experiential Delivery - Lead planning and logistics for events, including vendor coordination, run-of-show development, and onsite execution
- Ensure all activation elements (creative, production, communications) are delivered on time and aligned to brand and partner expectations
- Troubleshoot real-time issues during activations and ensure a smooth participant experience
- Conduct post-event recaps and identify opportunities for improvement
Operational Systems & Workflow Management - Support and improve workflows, tools, and systems used to track partnerships and activations (e.g., Workfront or similar platforms)
- Manage timelines, task tracking, and project coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements
- Ensure consistent use of templates, playbooks, and standards across activations
Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement - Track and report on activation performance, timelines, and outcomes
- Support development of dashboards or reporting to provide visibility into partnership activities
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve execution and impact
- Maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices for future activations
What You Will Bring- 3-6+ years of experience in partnerships, stakeholder management, account management, community engagement, or cross-functional program execution
- Experience supporting or executing partner relationships, events, activations, or partner-driven initiatives
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
