Joignez-vous à l’équipe Qualité de Teledyne MEMS et contribuez à la fabrication de technologies de pointe destinées à des applications exigeantes. Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous protégerez les intérêts de nos clients tout en améliorant la robustesse de nos procédés et la performance de notre système qualité. Ce que vous ferez - Agir comme référence technique pour les enjeux de qualité manufacturière. - Soutenir l’analyse et la résolution de problèmes qualité complexes. - Piloter les enquêtes clients ainsi que les démarches 8D, RCA et CAPA. - Évaluer les impacts des changements de produits, procédés et matières premières. - Harmoniser les exigences clients avec les capacités manufacturières, les plans de contrôle et les méthodes d’inspection. - Soutenir les activités PPAP, les qualifications de procédés et les audits. - Diriger des projets Lean Six Sigma visant à réduire les coûts de non-qualité. - Suivre les indicateurs qualité et recommander des améliorations durables. - Encadrer les équipes et assurer le transfert des connaissances critiques. Ce qu’il vous faut - Requis : Leadership d’influence, jugement technique et excellente capacité d’analyse. - Requis : Maîtrise des outils 8D, 5 pourquoi, Ishikawa, PFMEA, SPC et RCA. - Requis : Connaissance approfondie d’ISO 9001, PPAP, CAPA et des audits qualité. - Requis : Excellente communication en français et en anglais. - Requis : Au moins 10 ans d’expérience en qualité manufacturière. - Requis : Baccalauréat en génie ou dans une discipline scientifique pertinente. - Atout : Expérience en MEMS, semiconducteurs, microélectronique ou haute technologie. - Atout : Titre de l’OIQ ou certification Lean Six Sigma. What you need - Required: Strong analytical judgment and the ability to influence without direct authority. - Required: Expertise in 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PFMEA, RCA, CAPA, SPC, and PPAP. - Required: Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001 and manufacturing quality systems. - Required: 10+ years of manufacturing quality experience. - Required: Experience in high-technology manufacturing and technical customer interactions. - Required: Professional fluency in French and English. - Required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant scientific discipline. - Advantage: OIQ membership, Lean Six Sigma certification, or semiconductor/MEMS experience.
