Job Description Summary
Joignez-vous à notre groupe d'ingénierie de service, une équipe dynamique dédiée à l'exécution de projets en Amérique du Nord. Pour notre unité d'ingénierie de service située à La Prairie, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) ingénieur(e) méthodes Service. Relevant du gestionnaire de l'ingénierie de service, ingénieur(e) méthodes Service conçoit et améliore les processus de fabrication, tout en étudiant et en contribuant à la mise en œuvre des pistes d'amélioration.

Job Description

Responsabilités principales:
  • Définir les gammes de fabrication.
  • Rédiger les procédures et la documentation interne.
  • Concevoir les outillages spécifiques complexes.
  • Apporter le support technique à l'atelier de fabrication.
  • Analyser les plans et les spécifications pour établir la faisabilité industrielle des nouveaux produits.
  • Etablir et gérer le budget nécessaire à l'industrialisation du nouveau produit.
  • Anticiper des besoins de maintenances des équipements/machines/outils.
  • Etudier le besoin avec les clients internes et rédiger le cahier des charges.
  • Etablir et suivre le budget
  • Réceptionner l'équipement et ses interfaces (génie civil, réseaux).
  • Assurer le transfert des données techniques vers la maintenance et les connaissances techniques via la formation de la production.
  • Conduire, animer ou participer à des groupes de travail visant la réduction des coûts, des cycles de fabrication, d'amélioration de la qualité, des conditions de travail (EHS), en conformité aux normes en vigueur.
  • Assurer le respect des budgets et des plannings de ces différents projets.
  • Proposer des réductions de couts sur les processus de fabrication.
  • Participer et réaliser des actions permettant la continuité de la production.


Compétences
  • Ingénieur en génie industriel, mécanique, productique ou logistique
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Connaissance élémentaire des processus de fabrication.
  • Connaissance élémentaire de la conception d'outillages et d'équipements associés.
  • Capacité à Piloter des projets (suivi coûts, qualité, délais).
  • Connaissance en LEAN appréciée
  • Maitrise d'un logiciel de CAO (solidworks ou équivalent) appréciée
  • Connaissance du fonctionnement d'un ERP appréciée
  • Bilingue (Français/Anglais) oral & écrit: L'employé(e) sera amené(e) à interagir de manière fluide avec des collègues de nos autres installations à travers et/ou à l'extérieur du Canada, et qui sont généralement incapables de communiquer en français et dont la langue de travail est principalement l'anglais.
