Titre du poste : Ingénieur industriel / Gestionnaire de projets – opérations manufacturières    

Le poste s’effectue à notre établissement de Longueuildu lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

  • Travailler étroitement avec les équipes de production et les directeurs de fabrication dans un environnement de bureau et d’usine.

  • Réaliser les analyses de capacité de différentes cellules de fabrication.

  • Gérer les plans d'actions afin d'ajuster la capacité à la demande manufacturière.

  • Effectuer la gestion et la réalisation de projets en capital et les initiatives d'amélioration continue.

  • Coordonner les aménagements d’usine et la mise en place de nouveaux équipements.

  • Développer les plans stratégiques incluant la définition des produits phares et l'introduction des nouvelles technologies de machinage et d’automatisation selon les principes de l’industrie 4.0.

  • Analyser les problématiques et les données de l'environnement de production afin de recommander des solutions répondant aux besoins d'affaires de l'entreprise.

Qu’est-ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir ?

  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie avec un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets.

  • Expérience en entreprise manufacturière.

  • Planification stratégique et leadership démontré.

  • De solides compétences en communication et en réseautage.

  • Aisance dans un environnement en constante évolution.

  • Bilinguisme anglais/français à l’oral et à l’écrit.

  • Connaissances et compétences des outils informatiques liés à la tâche : Microsoft Office, Visio et MS-Project.

  • Connaissances en SAP (atout).

Ce poste s’inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une connaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais pour lire et comprendre des instructions spécialisées, des plans, des dessins et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d’organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et parfois communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job title : Industrial Engineer/ Project Manager – Manufacturing Operations

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Work in collaboration with the production teams and the manufacturing managers in an office and shop environment.

  • Perform capacity analysis for the various production lines.

  • Lead the action plans to align the capacity with the manufacturing demand.

  • Manage the implementation of capital and continuous improvement projects.

  • Plan the shop layout modification relating to the installation of new equipment or equipment moves.

  • Develop the strategic plans including the core business definition and the introduction of new machining and automation technologies aligned with Industry 4.0 fundamentals.

  • Analyze production problems and opportunities and propose solutions supporting the business needs and vision.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor of engineering with 5 years or more of experience in project management.

  • Experience in a manufacturing company.

  • Demonstrated strategic planning and leadership.

  • Strong communication and networking skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual English/French (oral and written).

  • Knowledge and skills of the computer tools related to the task: Microsoft Office, Visio and MS-Project.

  • Knowledge of SAP (asset).
