Titre du poste: Ingénieur(e) de projet

Principaux domaines d'expertise : Classification d'ingénierie engagée dans le développement de produits, principalement dans la discipline d'ingénierie de la gestion de projets/programmes.

L'équipe de gestion de projets Elevate est à la recherche de candidats pour le poste d'Ingénieur(e) de projet, axé sur la gestion de modules/systèmes d'ingénierie, avec des possibilités d'interaction avec les clients.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil ou Mississauga et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Assurer le leadership global d'une équipe multidisciplinaire pour un module ou un système moteur assigné (IPT) afin de :
  • Définir et atteindre les exigences de conception du produit.
  • Gérer efficacement les IPT afin d'atteindre les objectifs du programme, y compris les exigences des autres parties prenantes clés telles que les Opérations, le Soutien à la clientèle ou le Marketing.
  • Diriger les activités de vérification, de validation et de certification de la conception pour les IPT.
  • Respecter les engagements du programme en matière d'échéancier et de budget.
  • Assister le/la directeur(trice) ou les gestionnaires de programme au besoin.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat avec un minimum de 7 ans d'expérience ou maîtrise avec un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience.
  • Solide compréhension des moteurs à turbine à gaz acquise dans une ou plusieurs disciplines d'ingénierie.
  • Leadership technique démontré.
  • Capacité à identifier les occasions et les défis, et à recommander des solutions.
  • Grande capacité d'adaptation; le/la candidat(e) devra être en mesure de s'adapter aux changements de priorités en fonction des dernières informations disponibles et de concilier des opinions diverses ou opposées afin de soutenir les stratégies d'affaires et les priorités émergentes.
  • Excellentes compétences en organisation et en communication.
  • Autonomie et engagement à mener les tâches à terme.
  • Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Anticiper les futures occasions et exigences d'affaires.
  • Disponibilité à voyager éventuellement, tant à l'interne entre les différents établissements qu'à l'externe.
  • Flexibilité quant aux horaires de travail.
  • Être membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec ou de l'association des ingénieurs professionnels de l'Ontario serait également considéré comme un atout.
  • Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Provide overall leadership to a multidisciplined team for an assigned engine module or system IPT to:
  • Define and achieve product design requirements.
  • Effectively manage IPT's in achieving Program objectives, including requirements from other key stakeholders such as Operations, Customer Support or Marketing.
  • Lead design verification, validation, and certification activities for IPT's
  • Meet Program schedule and budget commitment.
  • Assist Program Director/Managers as required.


What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years' experience or master's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Strong understanding of gas turbine engines acquired inside one or more Engineering disciplines.
  • Proven technical leadership.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Highly adaptable, the candidate will accommodate changes in priorities based on latest information and will reconcile diverse/opposing opinions to support business strategies and emerging priorities.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Self-starter who is committed to task closure.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Anticipate future business opportunities and requirements.
  • Availability to travel (eventually), both interplant and externally.
  • Flexibility with working hours.
  • Being an active member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec or the association of Professional Engineers of Ontario would also be considered as an asset.
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
