À propos de l'opportunité

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de Construction, l'Ingénieur de Projet joue un rôle clé dans la coordination technique et la gestion opérationnelle du chantier. Vous serez le pont entre la conception, la planification et l'exécution sur le terrain pour garantir que les travaux respectent les normes de sécurité, de qualité et de budget d'Aecon.

Ce que vous ferez:
  • Agir comme lien principal entre l'équipe de conception et l'équipe de construction pour résoudre les enjeux de terrain.
  • Superviser l'avancement des travaux, assurer le respect du calendrier et produire des rapports d'avancement précis.
  • Gérer les demandes de changement, les directives de chantier et les relations avec les sous-traitants.
  • Participer au suivi budgétaire et à l'analyse des écarts de coûts en collaboration avec le Directeur de Construction.
  • Veiller à l'application rigoureuse du programme de prévention d'Aecon et des standards de qualité sur le chantier.


Ce que vous apportez à l'équipe :
  • Baccalauréat en génie civil, génie de la construction ou équivalent.
  • Membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets d'infrastructure majeure ou de transport civil.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de chantier dynamique et complexe.
  • Une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais est essentielle en raison de la collaboration continue avec le siège social de Toronto, tandis que le français est nécessaire pour desservir les équipes francophones au Québec.


What is the Opportunity?

Reporting to the Construction Director, the Project Engineer plays a key role in the technical coordination and operational management of the project. You will act as the bridge between design, planning, and field execution to ensure that work meets Aecon's safety, quality, and budget standards.
