Le groupe des Ingénieurs-Analystes de montage, au sein de l'organisation du Développement de l'ingénierie, est responsable de l'intégration des exigences d'ingénierie liées au montage et au démontage de moteurs expérimentaux.

Relevant du gestionnaire de l'équipe des Ingénieurs-Analystes de montage, vous serez responsable de la coordination du montage et démontage des moteurs dans l'environnement Assembly & Test. Ce poste vous offrira l'occasion de combiner le travail de bureau avec le soutien technique directement sur le plancher.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Gérer les activités d'assemblage et désassemblage en collaboration avec les assembleurs
  • Intégrer les requis d'ingénierie dans la configuration des moteurs
  • Travailler en collaboration avec différents modules et groupes de support
  • Assurer de la disponibilité des pièces et de l'outillage pour une exécution sans délai
  • Supporter les activités d'assemblage en vue du transfert de responsabilité à la production
  • Coordonner la prise de mesure sur différentes pièces moteur
  • Rédiger un rapport au terme des activités
  • Participer aux activités d'amélioration continue du département
  • Rotation de quart de travail occasionnel (jour et soir)
  • Possibilité de travail occasionnel en surtemps sur semaine et/ou fin de semaine


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat en Ingénierie avec 5 ans d'expérience ou;
  • DEC en aéronautique avec un minimum de 8 ans d'expérience pertinente au niveau de l'assemblage et/ou test de turbines à gaz
  • Habile à gérer plusieurs dossiers en même temps
  • Sens de l'organisation et dynamisme
  • Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Manages assembly and disassembly activities in collaboration with assemblers
  • Integrate engineering requirement into the engine configuration
  • Work collaboratively with various modules and support groups
  • Ensures the availability of parts and tools for execution without delay
  • Supports production readiness activities
  • Coordinates the measurement of various engine parts
  • Write a report at the end of the activities
  • Participates in the department's continuous improvement activities
  • Occasional shifts rotation (day and evening)
  • Possibility of occasional overtime work during the week and/or the weekend


What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5 years of experience or;
  • DEC in aeronautics with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the assembly and/or testing of gas turbines
  • Able to manage several tasks at the same time
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
