Job DescriptionProvides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the payor. These services are provided in the states of Oregon and/or southwest Washington.
Required Qualifications:- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- License in states wherever care is delivered
- National Registered Nurse Compact License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualification:- One (1) year experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health
Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
