Job Summary
The Infrastructure Project Manager IV will provide senior-level project and delivery management for infrastructure and technology modernization initiatives. The role will oversee end-to-end planning and execution across application, infrastructure, and AI enablement workstreams, coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams, and ensure alignment with architectural, financial, and operational objectives. The position will manage schedules, risks, dependencies, vendors, governance, and stakeholder communications while supporting modernization initiatives through execution readiness.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with product owners to understand customer needs, prioritize backlogs, and review user stories.
• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of technology modernization initiatives across application, infrastructure, and AI enablement workstreams.
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestones and deliverables are completed as planned.
• Facilitate due diligence, design, and planning sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and roadblocks and drive appropriate resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams to maintain alignment across workstreams.
• Review and approve solution documentation and ensure alignment with project and architectural requirements.
• Coordinate vendors and managed service providers (MSPs), including statement of work execution and milestone-based performance oversight.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across stakeholders and escalate issues and opportunities appropriately.
• Support business case development and modernization planning activities.
• Ensure consistent governance and delivery practices across assigned initiatives.
• Foster self-organization and appropriate delegation among project team members.
• Provide leadership and facilitate decision-making when teams encounter roadblocks or complex issues.
• Ensure modernization initiatives remain synchronized and progress toward execution readiness.
• Translate technical information into clear, business-ready communication for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in an applicable profession, business, or technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-domain modernization efforts, including application rationalization, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, decommissioning, and platform consolidation.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts.
• Proven vendor and MSP management experience, including SOW execution and milestone-based performance oversight.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate technical details into business-ready language.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders, align teams, and drive decision-making.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, issues, and project roadblocks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Agile delivery credentials such as PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or Leading SAFe.
• Cloud certifications such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience evaluating and coordinating cloud modernization and platform initiatives.
