Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Infrastructure Transformation Project Manager - Hybrid in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC to join our team in irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

This is a hybrid position working at the client site in either Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering, Infrastructure Program Management, or Technology Transformation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, platform modernization, cloud transformation, data center, networking, storage, compute, virtualization, or related technology initiatives.
  • 5+ years of program management, PMO, governance, portfolio management, or strategic execution experience.
  • 3+ years of experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, dashboards, and reporting deliverables.
  • 3+ years of experience managing RAID processes, milestone governance, and cross-functional execution tracking.
  • 3+ years of experience using enterprise execution and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office, or equivalent tooling.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate highly technical information into concise, business-oriented executive communications.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure transformation, data center strategy, migration, modernization, or platform engineering organizations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure domains including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, automation, cloud platforms, and hosting services.
  • Experience supporting executive governance within a highly regulated financial services organization.
  • Experience managing portfolio reporting across multiple concurrent investments exceeding departmental or platform scope.
  • Experience creating executive-ready presentations with clear business outcomes, delivery status, value realization, and risk insights.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority across geographically dispersed teams and organizations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities and changing deadlines.


Job Expectations:

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $117k-$156K. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
