About the Role:

The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for coordinating safety and soundness activities, supporting compliance initiatives, and facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

The primary objective is to leverage process knowledge, analytical capabilities, and organizational skills to ensure infrastructure operations align with business requirements and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore services
  • Review complex processes, reporting streams, and assist with the automation of repetitive tasks in view of the requirements to manage compliance.
  • Provide strategic direction to team members
  • Review requirement documents and update processes and procedures as necessary
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct compliance related research
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Recommended Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in operational roles supporting infrastructure or technology delivery with focus on process improvement and stakeholder coordination
  • Understanding of infrastructure operations and how technology services support business objectives
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information and identify trends
  • Excellent project coordination and organizational capabilities
  • Experience developing operational metrics, dashboards, and performance reports
  • Proven ability to work effectively with virtual and in-person teams across different time zones
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and working under deadline pressure
  • Financial Services or large complex/global organization experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred (MBA, MPA, or related business/management degree)
