Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of AV over IP standards and video conferencing technologies.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom backend management.
• Experience with Cisco Control Hub and Call Manager.
• Hands-on experience with professional DSPs, PTZ cameras, and large format displays.
• Proficient in architectural drawings and signal flow diagrams.
• Self-starter capable of remote collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify emerging conference room technologies with the engineering team.
• Conduct proof of concepts in labs to validate technology performance.
• Lead pilot deployments and gather user feedback for global standards refinement.
• Design standardized AV solutions for various room types.
• Document technical specifications including wiring schematics and diagrams.
• Ensure regional builds comply with global security and aesthetic standards.
• Resolve complex technical issues as a tier 3 support point.
