Full Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join our Audit Technology Alliance team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of IT infrastructure across compute, network, and storage environments
  • Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving infrastructure issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation, maintain CMDB records up to date, configurations, and operational procedures to support consistency and scalability of environments
  • Enforce security policies, standards, and best practices to protect organizational systems and data
  • Support and execute disaster recovery, capacity planning and business continuity plans, ensuring readiness and alignment with recovery objectives
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in IT infrastructure; minimum four years recent experience operating cloud-first platforms in enterprise environments
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; high school diploma or GED required
  • Strong expertise in automation and scripting, with hands-on experience in infrastructure-as-code and advanced automation practices
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture fundamentals including networking, compute, storage, identity, and security
  • Working knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure automation) and experience supporting incident management, disaster recovery, and compliance in production environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting and stakeholder updates (200TEC)
