Qualifications

• Secret Eligible clearance required
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Advanced proficiency in DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator
• One or more of the following certifications required: SecurityX/CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACT
• Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise virtualization and hosting within DoD or Federal networks
• Proven background in administering VMware platforms with a focus on hypervisor configuration

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management of VMware virtualization for enterprise services
• Oversee hypervisor configurations and manage resource allocation
• Implement high-availability clustering and integrate storage for system resilience
• Direct disaster recovery planning and maintain service continuity
• Supervise and mentor virtualization technicians for compliance
• Conduct performance optimization and capacity planning for enterprise needs
• Collaborate with hosting, network, and cybersecurity teams to secure virtualization platforms
