Full Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Services Project Manager to join our Technical Services project team. This role is at the heart of BRP's product development center operations. You will have the freedom to influence equipment choices and infrastructure projects that will enable us to achieve our growth objectives. This role will also allow you to leverage your expertise to support our managers in implementing their improvement projects.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO`:
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish, on schedule and on budget, and according to plans and specifications.
  • Prepare, plan and rigorously monitor execution schedules.
  • Plan and monitor budget (Opex/Capex).
  • Prepare the technical requirements necessary for the realization of the various projects
  • Have a global vision of projects, see to their details and identify risks and potential issues. ;
  • Develop and design preliminary plans according to the needs of internal clients


YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • College or university degree in engineering
  • Varied experience in building engineering, mechanical, electrical and/or civil engineering, an asset
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English & French in order to communicate with stakeholders inside & outside Quebec
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Good sense of organization and priority management
  • Knowledge of Google, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
  • Availability to travel
