Infrastructure Engineer Lead

Higher Headquarters Assessments (HHA):

Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is developing a team that is contingent upon award. The Infrastructure Engineer Lead shall be responsible for the performance of the Infrastructure Engineer contracted scope of work. Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) shall provide personnel with the subject matter expertise and experience to conduct HHAs relative to IMCOM's missions and assets. The teams shall conduct an assessment of all components of the installation's Protection programs using the DoD Benchmarks, plus applicable Army, Combatant command (COCOM), Service Component Command, and IMCOM applicable requirements. The teams shall assess the following Program Areas: Mission Assurance, Risk Management, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Emergency Management, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE), Continuity of Operations (COOP), Communications and Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Supporting Infrastructure and Operations Security (OPSEC).

Qualifications:
  • AT Level II, Horizontal or vertical Engineering experience, Protection Assessment experience ICW P2MR2
  • DoD experience engineering related
  • Expert knowledge of managing construction/engineering projects Expert knowledge of Protection compliance assessment
  • Secret clearance
  • 10+ years experience

Education/Training/Certifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Engineering/construction management training or similar certification/experience
  • Project Management Professional or degree in Project Management

Travel:
  • 25%
