Roles & Responsibilities
Operations:
• Work on Tier-2 and Tier-3 incidents and service requests for datacenter network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues affecting production environment.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive steps.
• Participate in on-call rotation and escalation support.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
Projects:
• Participate in Design and deployment of datacenter network solutions.
• Implement network expansion projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Support network migrations, refreshes, and capacity planning initiatives.
• Develop and maintain network architecture documentation and topology diagrams.
• Participate in infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
• Participate in automation and standardization process.
Security:
• Configure ACLs and network security controls.
• Support firewall integrations and segmentation requirements with the Security team
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Working in large multicultural teams in onsite-offshore Model
• Good customer facing communication skills and Team management skills
Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 a year
