Full Job Description
You Are:

A hands-on technical leader who runs toward complexity. You have deep infrastructure expertise across servers, storage, networking, and cloud, and you have the composure to apply it under pressure during live recovery events. You are equally comfortable advising clients in the boardroom and rebuilding systems in the back room. You take ownership of tools and playbooks, you mentor the people around you, and you raise the bar on what secure recovery looks like.

The Work:
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert during active client recovery engagements, providing authoritative guidance from core infrastructure rebuilds through application restorations
  • Advise clients on how to securely recover from incidents, including security and resiliency transformation recommendations that reduce future risk
  • Develop, refine, and maintain technical recovery guides, workflows, and runbooks that enable consistent and secure restoration across complex environments
  • Own the deployment, configuration, and ongoing validation of cyber recovery tools and technologies so they are optimized and ready for operational use
  • Assess the technical skill levels of recovery team members, identify gaps, and design and deliver targeted training programs that elevate recovery expertise across the practice
  • Represent the practice with professionalism and adaptability in high-stakes, client-facing situations

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 50% to 75% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

·Minimum 8 years of IT infrastructure experience across servers, storage, and networking and/or backup, datacenters, cloud, virtualization, networking

·Minimum 3 years of cyber recovery or disaster recovery experience including cyber resiliency experience

  Minimum 5 years Management and Client Facing experience

·Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience


Bonus Points If:

·You have hands-on expertise with SAN and NAS environments and proficiency across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

·You have experience with hypervisor and container platforms and enterprise backup and restoration tools

·You have built or maintained technical runbooks and recovery playbooks for enterprise environments

·You have experience mentoring and developing technical teams

·You have strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences

·You have client-facing consulting experience in cybersecurity or recovery work
