THE WORK:- You'll develop and execute procurement and contracting strategies aligned with project scope, timeline, and delivery objectives
- You'll define packaging, sourcing, and engagement models to balance risk, cost, and scope across data center construction projects
- You'll partner with engineering, finance, and legal teams to support WBS development and optimize sourcing strategies
- You'll lead strategic sourcing efforts, driving value through supplier consolidation, standardization, and cost reduction initiatives
- You'll oversee pre-award activities, tender clarifications, and contract negotiations to ensure full commercial and technical alignment
- You'll establish and enforce procurement and contract management processes across FEED and EPCM project phases
- You'll review and approve contract documents, ensuring compliance with scope, safety, and corporate governance requirements
- You'll manage contractor and consultant performance while ensuring accurate, timely processing of RFPs, RFAs, and contractual documentation
- You'll serve as the primary liaison across internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on contract status, risks, and performance
- You'll identify and mitigate procurement risks while monitoring KPIs, supplier performance, and adherence to HSSEQ and project standard
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of procurement and contract management experience within capital projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of EPC/EPCM models, FEED execution, and sourcing of engineering, construction, and process equipment packages
- Experience with various contract forms (lump-sum, cost-plus, target cost) and risk allocation strategies
- Working knowledge of local procurement regulations and construction law
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP/procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba), and cost analysis techniques
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:- Bilingual proficiency in English and French preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities; calm and adaptable under pressure; capable of leading through influence across global project teams.
$110,000 - $180,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
