Full Job Description
THE WORK:
• You'll coordinate schedule inputs with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and stakeholders
• You'll analyze project performance against various GPC baselines captured
• You'll assess project schedule risks or delays and promptly inform relevant stakeholders to ensure awareness and facilitate resolution and mitigation strategies
• You'll facilitate schedule review discussions with project management team and project stakeholders
• You'll travel to project site meetings to support schedule coordination and reviews
• You'll attend required GPC scheduling best practice training and apply standards in day-to-day scheduling activities
• You'll develop and maintain detailed Transmission project schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with approved scope, milestones, timelines, CPM standards, WBS, and GPC TPMO scheduling requirements.
• You'll ensure schedules adhere to organizational standards, procedures, and best practices, while supporting QA/QC activities through logic checks, schedule reviews, and data integrity validation.
• You'll prepare required schedule reports in approved formats and ensure all schedule documentation is properly maintained in accordance with document management requirements.

Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• A bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field OR equivalent relevant scheduling experience in utility industry in lieu of a degree
• Relevant scheduling certifications aligned to the role
• Proven experience performing project scheduling functions exclusively using Primavera P6, including:
o Schedule development
o Progress tracking
o Project forecasting
o Applying and demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of the Critical Path Method (CPM)

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
• PMI SP, PMP, or similar credentials

$120,000 - $160,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
