About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure construction projects based in Ottawa. This role is responsible for managing projects from functional program development through design, implementation, and close-out, while ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
The successful candidate will bring strong infrastructure and construction project delivery experience and a proven ability to manage multiple aspects of projects end-to-end while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Local and/or airport experience are considered assets but not requirements.

- Assist Senior Project Manager (SPM) with portfolio and project management tasks.
- Manage & oversee small/medium planning exercises in coordination with consultants (under supervision of SPM) to develop project scope and lead feasibility studies.
- Assist SPM in managing consultants/engineers/designer/contractor mandates (scope, budget, cost, quality...etc.)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage external consultants/contractors accordingly
- Prepare and develop slide decks and presentations for Vice President meetings with Executive Team
- Run status update reports for projects and overall portfolio
- Perform and manage Project Controls (Scheduling, Budget, Cost Control). Excel and ERP proficiency is key
- Assist in overall organizational governance and communications between departments and with consultants
- Track, monitor, and report on project performance, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as required
- Evaluate project effectiveness through consultation with clients and project teams
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or aviation projects from functional program development through design, implementation, and close-out
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline)
- Holding a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification like Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM or Ready™ or other recognized Project Management certifications
- Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication abilities in both French and English (bilingual)
- Technical background is key.
- Excel proficiency is Key.
- GIS capabilities is an Asset

- Competent in the application of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
- Effective skills in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines

- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
- Equipped to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
