THE WORK:- You'll develop and maintain program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects of various types.
- You'll perform status updates for Program Schedules/Master Schedules on a monthly basis.
- You'll ensure proper use of program-level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrity
- You'll effectively communicate with the project manager, design manager, and supporting divisions regarding all schedule/progress related matters and concerns in regular status meetings.
- You'll serve as a liaison between project teams, department leadership and the program & project controls group.
- You'll perform Critical Path analysis and Earned Value analysis.
- You'll perform Program Schedule QA/QC reviews on a regular basis.
- You'll prepare reports as needed and directed by Management.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 7-10 years professional experience in construction program management or public works project management
- Proficiency with MS Project Online
- Firm grasp of English language, both verbal and written
- Formal knowledge of critical path method scheduling
- Working knowledge of project management principles and how to apply them to program management
- Familiarity with phases of a public works infrastructure project such as programming and planning, preliminary design, environmental document, final design, bid and award, construction, and post-construction
- Knowledge of monthly progress reporting, including cost and schedule performance metrics
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:- Ideal candidates will have five years public works project scheduling experience and a desire to advance a career in project controls or construction management
- Familiarity with civil public works construction equipment, means and methods is a plus
- Proficiency with PowerBI queries and reports is a plus
$144,000 - $166,400 a year
