THE WORK:- You'll support the delivery of civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) scopes across data center projects from design through construction and closeout.
- You'll coordinate civil sitework, structural systems, building envelope, architectural finishes, and related CSA interfaces.
- You'll review CSA drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and design changes for project compliance.
- You'll coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve CSA design and construction issues.
- You'll monitor CSA construction progress, schedules, risks, quality requirements, and field execution.
- You'll support site activities including earthwork, foundations, concrete, structural steel, roofing, walls, doors, finishes, and exterior/site improvements.
- You'll participate in site inspections, constructability reviews, coordination meetings, punch walks, and issue resolution.
- You'll maintain QA/QC and technical documentation, including inspection records, issue logs, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
- You'll support technical changes, as-built documentation, turnover packages, and project closeout.
- You'll ensure CSA work meets approved designs, applicable codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related
field. - 3+ years of CSA engineering, design coordination, or construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction systems and sequencing.
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
- Strong problem-solving, field coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes, quality requirements, and construction safety standards.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:- Data center or other mission-critical project experience.
- Experience with foundations, concrete, structural steel, building envelope, roofing, architectural interiors, and site/civil work.
- Experience with construction inspections, QA/QC, punch lists, and project closeout.
- Experience coordinating CSA scopes with MEP systems and other building disciplines.
- Knowledge of IBC, ACI, AISC, ASTM, and other applicable industry standards.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, BIM coordination tools, or similar design and construction platforms.
- Goal-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
$110,000 - $125,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
