Full Job Description
THE WORK:

  • You'll receive and process new, revised, and updated forms for signatures.
  • You'll cistribute completed forms to Internal and External contacts.
  • You'll maintain and update agendas with new/revised information such as dates and permits, including expired permit dates.
  • You'll coordinate Stakeholder reviews and approvals.
  • You'll maintain and update information to include all new, revised and updated activities.
  • You'll prepare and update agendas for each weekly workshop.
  • You'll assist in managing CALM processes.
  • You'll support Airport-wide program administration.
  • You'll dashboard updates and reporting responsibilities.
  • You'll coordinates training and contractor onboarding.
  • You'll coordinate with City agencies and provide information to assist in the permit process.
  • You'll request concurrence from LAWA subject matter experts and notify outside contractors of concurrence and any restrictions.
  • You'll track and document concurrence requests and distribute notification of the upcoming project(s).
  • You'll perform various duties as assigned such as presentation preparation, collecting and organizing information to be used for deliverables and assisting in tracking the daily deployment of multiple construction projects.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. You may be required to work various shifts, including day, swing, and night.


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree and 15 years of professional experience; graduate degree may substitute for one year of experience
  • Ability to create dashboards, presentations, graphics, Gantt charts and track multiple ongoing activities
  • Experience working within the complexities of multiple agencies at all levels


BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Relevant professional licensure &/or certifications are strongly preferred. Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc.


$150,000 - $166,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
