Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Utilize AI-driven tools for project scheduling, risk management, predictive analytics, and resource optimization.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance decision-making using AI technologies.
• Monitor project performance using data analytics and AI-powered dashboards; proactively address potential issues.
• Manage stakeholder communications, report progress, and escalate risks as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and internal policies.
• Evaluate and select vendors, contractors, and technology solutions, including AI-based platforms.
• Champion the adoption of AI and emerging technologies within the project management function.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects (or similar).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience implementing or working with AI solutions in project management contexts. And delivering AI projects/programs
• Understanding of AI concepts: machine learning, data analytics, automation, and predictive modeling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights using AI-powered platforms.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) required.
• Certifications or coursework in AI, data science, or related fields preferred.
Mandatory Skills: Project Management.
Experience: 8-10 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 100000 to CAD 150000 .
