Full Job Description
Information Technology Task Lead ***This is for a future opportunity*** MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Information Technology Task Lead to join our team in Linthicum Heights, MD. The Information Technology Task Lead will serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the IT directorate. In this role, you will provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy program requirements. You will facilitate Government and Contractor communications, apply industry-best standards to track and document activities, and ensure high quality and efficiency across all contract deliverables. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide overall management and oversight of all contractor and subcontractor personnel and activities to satisfy all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
  • Serve as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) to facilitate seamless communication between Government and Contractor leadership.
  • Use industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities for continuous Government monitoring and evaluation.
  • Ensure the quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement of Contractor performance across all functional areas.
  • Assist the Government with financial and business processes related to contract execution, excluding inherently Governmental functions.
  • Exercise authorized decision-making power to commit the prime contractor's organization and proactively alert the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Demonstrated experience providing oversight and management of contractor and subcontractor teams.
  • Proven background in applying industry-best standards to track, document, and monitor program performance.
  • Experience assisting government stakeholders with financial, business, and administrative processes.
  • Demonstrated authority and decision-making ability to represent leadership and resolve contract-level issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience managing Enterprise Architecture (EA) or Data-centric Directorate support tasking.
  • Strong background supporting government financial execution and resource planning.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must hold an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $128,800.00-$214,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
