THE TEAM

The mission of the Retail Technology Department is to design, build, deliver, and operate scalable technology solutions that align with the strategic objectives of our Retail Division.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Retail Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the technology solutions that power Aritzia's boutiques. As the Senior Engineer / Engineer, Retail Technology, you will play a key role in designing and evolving reliable, secure, and scalable retail hardware solutions by supporting device lifecycle management, security patching, and technology modernization initiatives across our boutique network. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will help ensure our Retail Technology ecosystem enables operational excellence and exceptional experiences for both employees and clients. THE ROLE

As the Senior Engineer / Engineer, Retail Technology, you will:

  • Implement and evolve modern retail hardware solutions that support exceptional employee and client experiences.


  • Lead hardware modernization initiatives, bringing new technologies and capabilities into Aritzia's boutiques.


  • Strengthen the security and reliability of our retail systems through proactive lifecycle management strategies.


  • Plan, execute, and evaluate the impact of upgrades and patches in partnership with other Technology teams for minimal disruption to business options.


  • Collaborate with other Technology and business partners to deliver innovative solutions that enable excellent boutique operations at scale.


  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance performance, automate processes, and simplify support.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Engineer / Engineer, Retail Technology has:

  • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field is preferred


  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles


  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
