DescriptionWhat You'll DoAs our IT Manager, you'll oversee all technology systems across the casino, hotel, and administrative operations-ensuring performance, security, and compliance while driving innovation.
Systems Management & Operations- Lead installation, configuration, and management of core systems including gaming, player tracking, Title 31, PMS, and POS
- Oversee networks, servers, backups, cybersecurity infrastructure, Wi-Fi, phone, and A/V systems
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability across all departments
Regulatory & Security Compliance- Ensure compliance with Tribal, state, and federal gaming regulations
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures including firewalls, intrusion detection, and access controls
- Partner with the Tribal Gaming Commission and auditors on system access, logs, and compliance
- Safeguard financial, guest, and employee data with strong security practices
Leadership & Team Development- Build, lead, and mentor an internal IT team
- Manage vendors, contractors, and system partners
- Provide training and support to team members across the organization
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
Strategic Planning & Innovation- Partner with executive leadership to align IT strategy with business goals
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency, security, and guest experience
- Support future growth initiatives including system integrations, mobile technology, and cashless gaming
Work Environment- Fast-paced, high-energy casino and resort setting
- Must be comfortable working in a smoke-filled and active environment
- Ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, and manage competing priorities
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. and handle both physical and mental demands

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
(Advanced degree or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNA preferred) - 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in casino, gaming, or hospitality environments strongly preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, including Title 31 and gaming standards
- Strong leadership, project management, and vendor management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable communication
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
