Description

What You'll Do

As our IT Manager, you'll oversee all technology systems across the casino, hotel, and administrative operations-ensuring performance, security, and compliance while driving innovation.

Systems Management & Operations
  • Lead installation, configuration, and management of core systems including gaming, player tracking, Title 31, PMS, and POS
  • Oversee networks, servers, backups, cybersecurity infrastructure, Wi-Fi, phone, and A/V systems
  • Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability across all departments

Regulatory & Security Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Tribal, state, and federal gaming regulations
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures including firewalls, intrusion detection, and access controls
  • Partner with the Tribal Gaming Commission and auditors on system access, logs, and compliance
  • Safeguard financial, guest, and employee data with strong security practices

Leadership & Team Development
  • Build, lead, and mentor an internal IT team
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and system partners
  • Provide training and support to team members across the organization
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans

Strategic Planning & Innovation
  • Partner with executive leadership to align IT strategy with business goals
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency, security, and guest experience
  • Support future growth initiatives including system integrations, mobile technology, and cashless gaming

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced, high-energy casino and resort setting
  • Must be comfortable working in a smoke-filled and active environment
  • Ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, and manage competing priorities
  • Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. and handle both physical and mental demands
