***This opportunity is for an upcoming award that is expected in Sept 2026***BTS Software Solutions is seeking an Information Security Manager to Review and analyze logs, image systems, run fiber and network cables, perform trouble shooting, perform system scans and patch management, set up equipment and VTCs.

TS/SCI Job Duties:- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect systems, networks, applications, and sensitive data from threats and unauthorized access.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify security vulnerabilities, recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Monitor security systems and investigate security incidents, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security audits to maintain a strong security posture.
- Manage identity and access management (IAM), including user access reviews and privileged account controls.
- Develop and maintain incident response, disaster recovery, and continuity plans.
- Stay current on emerging cyber threats, security trends, and evolving technologies to continuously improve the organization's security program.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, evidence, and remediation plans.
- Education and Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to meet DoD Regulation 8570 requirements, Must possess a current Security+ certification
- Six years' relevant experience
