Information Security Analyst to join our

This is a
HYBRID role - 3 days on customer site in Bethesda, MD.
This role will require you to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and will require you to provide onsite fingerprinting at a designated facility. This investigation may review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications. Responsibilities:- Performs routine scanning and ticket support
- Documents findings and tracks remediation actions
- Supports incident response activities
- Monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard internal information systems, network, databases, and Web-based security
- Safeguards the network against unauthorized infiltration, modification, destruction, or disclosure
- Researches, evaluates, tests, and implements new security software or devices
Required Qualifications:- BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years in security operations support
- Experience with scanning and incident ticketing
- Skilled in updating security documentation
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Preferred Qualifications:- NIH experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting a Federal programs
The likely salary range for this position is $83,300 - $112,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
