JOB SUMMARY

Corvus Consulting, LLC is seeking an Information & Content Manager (ICM) to serve as the primary process facilitator and provide dedicated knowledge-management and hands-on SharePoint administration to support the HQDA DCS G-3/5/7 Cyberspace Operations Division, Strategic Operations Division. This role is a critical enabling position responsible for organizing organizational content, maintaining clean and structured digital workspaces, streamlining workflows, and leveraging available Army enterprise platforms to improve organizational efficiency.

The ICM will serve as the hands-on administrator for the division's Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Primarily dedicated to supporting DAMO-SOC, the ICM will also provide flexible technical and process support to other divisions within the DAMO-SO Directorate during peak operational surges or strategic initiatives, as directed by the DAMO-SOC Division Chief. This position requires an exceptionally proactive, process-oriented self-starter who can translate general strategic intent into action, independently establish and manage the workflows and processes necessary to execute the mission, enforce standards, and operate with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate will be process-driven, self-motivated, and experienced with HQDA staff actions and staffing procedures within a high-visibility Army headquarters environment. The ICM must be able to manage competing requirements, maintain action visibility, and produce accurate, timely staff and information-management products. This position directly contributes to organizational readiness by improving content management, workflow efficiency, information accessibility, and leadership visibility for mission stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the hands-on primary administrator for all DAMO-SOC SharePoint site collections and Microsoft Teams environments.
  • Build and maintain structured folder architectures, manage user permissions and access controls, and ensure files are organized, secure, and easily searchable.
  • Ensure data organization, version control, naming conventions, and the development, version control, and continuous maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the division.
  • Maintain and update organizational distribution lists and controlled access structures.
  • Identify bottlenecks in existing G3/5/7 workflows and propose process improvements or automated solutions to streamline tasks.
  • Provide flexible technical and process support to other divisions within the DAMO-SO Directorate during peak operational surges or strategic initiatives, as directed by the DAMO-SOC Division Chief.
  • Assist with visitor control and escort duties and serve as a physical security coordinator to open/lock secure workspaces in the Taylor Building or RSAC when needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Business, or related field.
  • Proactive, process-driven self-starter capable of taking general strategic intent and independently establishing the necessary workflows to execute the mission with minimal oversight.
  • 5+ years of SharePoint administration or knowledge-management experience within DoD or Army environments, including strong practical, hands-on experience designing, managing, and maintaining complex SharePoint site collections and Microsoft Teams environments; managing permissions, content workflows, structured digital workspaces, version control, naming conventions, and SOPs.
  • Proven familiarity with HQDA staff staffing procedures and standards.
  • Ability to travel in support of DAMO-SOC requirements as needed.
  • Ability to perform approved remote work from home on government-provided classified systems when requested and authorized.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting HQDA G3/5/7.
  • Familiarity with Army Vantage, Power BI, or other enterprise visualization platforms, with the ability or interest to build live dashboards that track and visualize project status for leadership decision-making.
  • Interest or experience applying automation and approved Army AI platforms to modernize manual or legacy staff processes.
  • the ability to prepare correspondence and staff products that conform to Army writing standards, including AR 25-50.
  • Experience supporting classified workspaces in Pentagon or RSAC facilities.
