This position will be Remote
Responsibilities:
- Develop Comprehensive Training Strategy for a complex implementation of Xacta supporting multiple user communities that have their own processes
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, schedule, and training program
- Support the development of embedded learning materials within the Xacta platform
- Provide incremental updates to training materials based on platform and implementation updates
- provide Xacta Help Desk support as required by the Program Management Team
- Work directly with the Telos Training team to streamline learning and education of customer
- Facilitate training, workshops, and the creation of video content supporting Xacta
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2-4 years of experience in Enterprise Information Technology Training, Information System Administration Training, or other customer training for a robust and diverse user community.
The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
