Position Overview:

Industry Cloud Architect

The Industry Cloud Architect is an industry and product expert who builds industry solutions through configuration of one or several Intapp products.

Reporting to a Director, Industry Architecture or the VP, Industry Solutions this role is key in defining, developing and delivering the solutions that are the key output from the Industry Solutions team.

What you will do:
  • Solution Development: Identify problems in Intapp's target industries through internal and client facing discovery. Define solution blueprints and Celeste playbooks that meet the requirements of these problems using our products
  • Definition: Develop the solutions for our target industries through assessments, cataloging and use case definition
  • Blueprints: Own, configure and maintain the blueprints for best practice configurations in a given Intapp product that can be deployed at scale to new and existing clients
  • Roadmaps: Own and deliver the quarterly roadmap for your blueprints
  • Product Team Collaboration: Maintain strong feedback loops and roadmap synchronization with product management to shape future product direction
  • Enablement: Work with the Industry Solutions Program Manager(s) to ensure all our client facing teams are ready to provide the best possible solution and experience to clients
  • Field Support: Provide tactical support in the field with our client facing teams - sales, pre-sales, services, client success, support - to gather feedback and support their usage of our solutions
  • Research: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the competitive landscape, relevant industries and wider industry products and solutions


What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience. 5+ years of relevant experience in a services, pre-sales, client success or similar technical, client facing role at an enterprise software company. Product management experience a benefit
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and needs into client facing applications
  • Strong and proven presentation skills in high pressure situations with senior participants. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technically adept in configuring applications
