- Overall Experience: Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in management consulting, technology
advisory, or enterprise corporate leadership.
- Domain Focus: At least 10 years of dedicated experience within the Utilities or Energy sector, directly managing
or advising on customer-facing operations.
- AI Implementation: Proven track record of designing, piloting, or deploying production-grade AI or advanced
machine learning solutions within customer care environments.
- Transformation Track Record: Success leading at least three large-scale, multi-year utility CX transformation
programs from inception to post-go-live stabilization.
- C-Suite Advisory: Minimum of 7 years of experience directly pitching to, advising, and influencing C-level
executives on technology strategy.
- Team Leadership: Experience leading matrixed, cross-functional global teams of data scientists, enterprise
architects, and business consultants.
- Regulatory Navigation: Proven background interfacing with utility regulators to approve technology modernizat ion
investments and data privacy compliance models.
- Partner Management: Extensive experience selecting, and managing major software vendors and integrators in the utility ecosystem

Salary Range: $ 200,000-$ 250,000 a year
