In this position...

This is a transformation role that will work cross-functionally with the Industrial System Operations and Finance teams to effectively drive identified efficiencies and opportunities to the bottom line. In addition, this role will work to raise the bar on our Industrial System Finance capabilities.

You will work closely with Industrial System Transformation Teams, Finance and Ford Operational Excellence (FOX) teams to coach, project manage, and create the inventory of efficiency opportunities across the Industrial System's operating processes. Develop and roll out Industrial System Finance Onboarding program. Develop and roll out Industrial System Finance Talent Plan including training, developmental experiences and recruiting realignment. Ensure the Industrial System 3-year Investment Plan connects and supports our Transformation. Support and drive connection points to drive Finance Transformation efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality value assessments for the Industrial System Transformation meetings
  • Own the inventory of efficiency opportunities across the Industrial System's operating processes, sized and prioritized by value
  • Own the year-over-year efficiency targets for the Industrial System Finance transformation
  • Create a 3-year Industrial System Investment Plan
  • Develop and deliver of Industrial System Finance Talent Plan


Qualifications

You'll have...
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Business Acumen - able to build, test and validate transformation business cases and transformation value assessment
  • 5+ years of Project Management - able to coordinate and organize a broad portfolio of transformation priorities and action registers
  • 5+ years of Training & Development - capable of sourcing and/or developing topical training material and developmental experiences and track an organize roll out / delivery
  • 3+ years of Transformation - skilled at using process flow diagrams, value stream maps, lean principles of daily management, key performance indicators, action registers, maturity models, etc. to drive value
  • 3+ years of Collaborator and Coach - skilled in partnering and influencing across a wide breadth of levels and teams

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
