Industrial Security Manager Position Responsibilities: • Manage and ensure the flawless execution of classified security programs at the SCI and other restricted or proprietary levels and achieve all operational goals • Lead and mentor employees, perform security administration activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, conduct security inquiries, oversee compliance assessments implementation security controls and protecting personnel, information, and equipment • Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company program operations • Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes • Assist with team members' professional development and growth Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership." • Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years • 10+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field • 5+ years of experience in Industrial Security • Ability to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Programs Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • 10+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: SCI, NISP, and/or COMSEC • 5+ years of experience with Project Management • 5+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense and/or Aerospace environment • 5+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers Conflict Of Interest: Successful Candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict Of Interest (COI) assessment process.
