Industrial Security Manager to join the
Aerospace Composite Center (ACC) team in
Hazelwood, MO.
Position Responsibilities: - Manages employees performing activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation security controls
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees

- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
- 3+ years' experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), Facility Security Officer (FSO) or a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO)
- Experience guiding decision making in a cross-functional teaming environment
- Experience working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Excel and MS Project
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Familiarity with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
- Awareness of classified information handling requirements
- Professional Certification in SAP Security, SCI Administration, ICD-705, JSIG/RMF, COMSEC, or any other related security certifications
- Experience as a CPSO working in a Special Access Program (SAP) environment
- Experience working processing or supporting CSSO or CPSO program access paperwork to include PAR, PSQ, SF-86 or DD147 forms
- Experience conducting investigations and/or audits

Work Location:This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: USD $111,350 - $150,650
