As an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 4 located in Chandler, AZ, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. In this role, the Industrial Security Analyst – Level 4 will serve as the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) for the Chandler facility and will report to the Facility Security Officer. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Builds and maintains a strong security program compliant with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and all other applicable security requirements • Studies and implements U.S. federal security regulations that apply to company operations • Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies • Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment • Prepares manuals outlining regulations and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials • Develops, implements, and maintains a comprehensive security education, training, and awareness program; conducts security education classes and security audits • Successfully plans and performs security inspections, including self‑inspections, CSA inspections, and internal inspections, as required • Investigates security incidents/violations and prepares reports specifying corrective and preventive actions, including reports submitted to CSA personnel • Leads and performs security tasks associated with the construction or modification and approval of classified areas • Develops, implements, and maintains required security documentation, including OPSEC plans, CONOPS, SOPs, desktop instructions, and related material. • Performs contract security classification actions, including reviewing and interpreting Form DD‑254 and creating Form DD‑254 for subcontractors • Supports a fast‑paced environment • Creates, maintains, and leverages working relationships with internal and external customers • Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 4 years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree • Requires an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Top-Security security clearance • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, TEAMs) • Working knowledge of DISS and NISS applications • Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM • Working knowledge of DD Form 254 Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience as an AFSO. • Knowledge of Workday and SIMS applications. • Knowledge of Lenel access control systems. • Knowledge DISS and NISS applications. • Prior completion of the FSO for Possessing Facilities curriculum in DCSA’s CDSE. • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision. • OPSEC program experience. • Classification review experience. • Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines. • Willing to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Northrop Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
