DescriptionNorthrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an
Industrial Security Analyst. This position will be located in
Roy, UT and will support the
Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.
This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What You'll Get To Do: • Provide program security and personnel security (PERSEC) support to include but not limited to review and process required documentation in support of the SAP and SCI nomination processes; prepare and administer program indoctrination and debriefings; access, review and submit clearance/access information using DISS and JADE, and other information systems; maintain PERSEC databases in accordance with customer tracking requirements; maintain and operate document control register/database; process and manage incoming and outgoing visit authorizations and visitor control
• Generate and/or review Program Access Request (PAR) packages; ensure all required information is provided, including currency of information, completeness of forms, and inclusion of required signatures. Generate Program Indoctrination Agreements (PIA), provide to briefer/debriefer, and/or execute briefs/debriefs on behalf of the government security team
• Familiarization with the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4), Sensitive Compartmented Information Administrative Manuals (DoD Manual 5105.21 Volumes 1-3), Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), IC Technical Specification (IC Tech Spec) for ICD/ICS 705, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other applicable security regulations and requirements
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures
• Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254 and Issue subcontract DD254s
• Serve as the focal point for receiving, processing, distributing personnel security paperwork and a data transfer agent to ingress files and uploading into Government databases
• Maintain liaison and good working relationships with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:- 2 Years with Bachelors; 0 Years with Masters; an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of degree
- Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain Program approval/access
- Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated, relevant security experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Self-starter with minimal supervision
- Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of program areas
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- SharePoint experience
- Excellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills, and organizational skills enabling effective communications
- Strong working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
