Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in industrial mechanical systems and techniques.
• Two-year degree in Mechanical or CAD Drafting, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, OR 5+ years of industrial construction experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and industry-related estimating software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Previous project management experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates for complex industrial projects from conceptual to detailed levels.
• Review project drawings and specifications to determine scope and cost.
• Prepare proposals while evaluating project risks and cost impacts.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Negotiate vendor and subcontractor pricing to ensure best value.
• Maintain accurate estimating data and documentation for project handoff.
• Support project management functions to ensure timely project delivery.
