This role will delve into data, trends, and metrics to inform decision-making, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet business goals.
Responsibilities:- Managing the execution of the Document Management System for Standard Operating Procedures
- Process auditing
- Time & motion studies
- Labor standard development
- Labor model planning
- Volume-based capacity planning for card operations
- Headcount and shift planning
- Warehouse Layout Recommendations for Process Flow
- Ad hoc business analysis
Qualifications:- 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role
- Experience with SQL (DDL)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint
- Familiar with utilizing WMS
- Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis
- SOP documentation and process auditing
- Operational awareness
- Ad Hoc data and business analysis
- Cross-functional coordination
Location / Work Schedule- Monroe (minimum of three days a week in office)
Job Type / Salary- Full Time
- Non-exempt: $75,300 - $85,500 per year depending on qualifications and experience
