Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve timing, quality, and cost targets for engineering projects.
• Ensure adherence to company standards for products and processes.
• Support the development of risk analysis for tooling and automation systems.
• Conduct various risk assessments for new and modified tooling.
• Participate in throughput analysis and simulation modeling to ensure efficiency.
• Verify compliance with safety standards such as OSHA and ISO.
• Conduct safety analyses and provide feedback during tooling design reviews.
• Perform on-site checks to confirm installation aligns with safety requirements.
• Investigate tooling-related incidents and assist in corrective actions.
• Deliver training on tooling use to operators and technicians.
