Position Summary

Industrial Site Manager is responsible for leading and supervising industrial personnel at customer job sites, plants, refineries, terminals, and construction facilities. This role serves as the primary field leader for workforce operations, ensuring all labor activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with client requirements and company standards.

The Industrial Site Manager coordinates manpower, schedules, safety performance, and daily work execution while acting as the main point of contact between the client, contractors, and field crews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise industrial contract workforce operations at customer sites
  • Coordinate daily labor activities, staffing, and crew assignments
  • Ensure all personnel follow site safety rules, OSHA requirements, client, and company procedures
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and daily job briefings
  • Serve as the primary liaison between client representatives and company
  • Monitor productivity, attendance, and workforce performance
  • Manage contractor onboarding, badging, training verification, and compliance documentation
  • Support turnaround, shutdown, maintenance, and capital project activities
  • Ensure projects and work scopes are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Aid with workforce scheduling, payroll approvals, and timesheet verification
  • Respond to field issues, safety incidents, and operational challenges
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and site logistics as needed
  • Enforce company policies and client expectations across all field operations


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of industrial field leadership or contractor management experience
  • Experience in refineries, petrochemical plants, terminals, manufacturing facilities, or heavy industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices and OSHA standards
  • Proven ability to lead large contract workforce
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced industrial environments and during shutdowns/turnarounds
  • Ability with workforce scheduling, reporting, and Microsoft Office
